PlantingI started planting since my teenage years. I have been planting in our farm in La Pintada de Tonosi in Panama. We have near 50 hectars planted mainly with Teak and some African Mahogany. I will continue planting the remaining 40 hectars at about 3-5 hectars per year.

  • Sports: Basketball, running, swimming, fishing, weight lifting and chess.
  • Reading: Poems, God related topics.
  • Meditation: Both,  Passive and Active.
